Join us at the Pop-up Library on April 19th from 6-8PM as we learn from local organizations who are doing their part to help us fight the plastic waste crisis, reduce waste, and live more sustainably. This meeting will take place during Earth Month 2023, and we will be hearing from:
Dan Brown from Penn Environment on the benefits of banning plastic bags in the region
Sydney Shoff, founder of Sol Refill, a company that works to eliminate the waste stream by refilling and reusing containers
Kate Zidar, master composter, will be on hand to discuss composting.
PA Resource Council, information about proper recycling practices
This is an all-ages event and a free meal will be provided to participants. Please RSVP for this important event by emailing Megan at megan@etnacommunity.org
