ORM Contracting (subcontractor, rear building demolition) cleared nearly all of the rear, one-and-two-story additions, reaching 4'-to-8' from the three-story building. Materials were sorted with the excavator and hauled off site continuously throughout each day.

Graciano (masonry subcontractor) utilized the additions' remaining second floor framing to install temporary anchor bolts and plates at the three-story building's rear exterior wall. The anchor bolts and plates will be removed in future phases and are intended to stabilize the masonry during demolition.

Innermark Construction (subcontractor, interior selective demolition) progressed work at each level of the three-story building. All finish layers of the interior walls including the original plaster have been removed from the perimeter brick walls and interior wood-framed walls.

By the end of the week (2.2.2025), Innermark completed demolition of all interior chimneys. On the second floor (where the Ochse family once lived), there were six fireplaces. The fireplaces were removed to provide more interior area for the second and third floors' future residents.
